You are welcome to come and visit a class. Please keep in mind the following etiquette:
Cell phones should be turned off.
Arrive about 10 minutes early.
Instructors are available to answer questions before or after class.
If you are interested in participating in a free trial class, arrive early to complete the necessary forms and wear loose clothing. Something with long sleeves and pants is appropriate.
